Palm City Farms parcels are measured in acres, often with long private drives, equestrian facilities, outbuildings, and gates that were not built with a loaded roll-off truck in mind. Two things matter on these deliveries: whether the drive can carry the weight of a loaded container, and whether there is a straight enough approach to set the can where you actually want it rather than where the truck can reach.

Tell us the approach when you book. We would far rather know about a soft shoulder, a low limb, or a narrow gate before the truck is committed than have the driver discover it on site.

Martin Downs, Canopy Creek and the HOA communities

The gated and deed-restricted communities off Martin Downs Boulevard tend to have rules about how long a container can sit, where it may be placed, and sometimes which days deliveries are permitted. Check with your association before you book — it is a five-minute call that prevents a violation notice.

Old Palm City and the older housing stock

Closer to the river, the homes are older and the lots are tighter. Renovations here surface the things mid-century Florida construction tends to hide — layered flooring, old cabinetry, water-damaged subfloor, and roofing that has been gone over more than once. For a full-room gut, a 20 yard is usually the honest answer; a 10 yard fills faster than people expect once cabinets and tile go in.

Choosing a size

10 yard — single-room renovations, garage and attic cleanouts, small roof sections, yard debris.
20 yard — the common choice for kitchen and bath remodels, flooring removal, larger estate cleanouts, and mid-size tear-offs.
30 yard — whole-home renovations, new construction debris, and large roof replacements.
